1 <br />C71— � <br />v <br />This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9779 <br />ON 1N3Wf1L1SNI SV 03d31N3 <br />An ordinance to vacate an existing public utility easement and to provide for <br />filing this ordinance in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; to repeal <br />any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and to provide for publication and the <br />effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That existing public utility easement located in Sterling Estates Tenth <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />A TRACT OF LAND IN PART OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, STERLING ESTATES TENTH <br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND <br />MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRBIED AS FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2, <br />STERLING ESTATES TENTH SUBDIVISION, SAID POINT ALSO BEING THE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N00°52'40"E, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF <br />SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 2, A DISTANCE OF 120.00 FEET TO A POINT BEING THE <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 2; THENCE S89°07'20 "E, <br />ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 2, ALSO BEING THE <br />SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MONARCH AVENUE, A DISTANCE OF 25.47 <br />FEET; THENCE S00°52'40"W A DISTANCE OF 120.00 FEET TO A POINT ON <br />THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 1, BLOCK 2; THENCE N89°07 '20"W, ALONG <br />SAID SOUTH LINE, A DISTANCE OF 25.47 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING.
