<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is

<br />Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; the boundary of the twenty (20.0) foot wide utility easement
<br />and right-of-way being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4),
<br />Section Thirty -Three (33), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; thence on an assumed bearing
<br />of N00013'14"E, along the easterly line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a
<br />distance of one thousand five hundred twenty-eight and thirty-seven
<br />hundredths (1,528.37) feet; thence N88004'49"W, a distance of seventy-five
<br />and eighty-one hundredths (75.81) feet to a point on the westerly right-of-
