WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as The Farmers National Bank of Central City, by and
<br />through Gary W. Webster, it's authorized officer, its trustee under the Trust Deed date August 31. 1994
<br />and Trust Deed Addendum dated Sept. 14, 1999 executed by Adriane Jamie Watch, a single person
<br />and Jerry Lee Cahow, A single person asTrustor, in which Pinnacle Bank formerly known as The
<br />Farmers National Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded in
<br />Doc # 94107333 and Doc # 0099109215 in the Office of the County Clerk/Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, formerly known as Farmers National Bank
<br />of Central City , the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured
<br />by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Adriane Jamie Watch. a Singh! Person and Jerry Lee
<br />Cahow, a Single Person to wit:
<br />LOTS 10, 11, 12, BLOCK 3, BROWNS ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ALDA, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
