202005233 <br />NOW THEREAFTER, The Lender made the Borrower a $266,200.00 loan on <br />Tu.ly a4R030,The Lender's loan is secured by the Deed of Trust and real estate described <br />- above. The Government loan will also be secured by the real estate described above. To induce <br />the Government to make this loan the Lender agrees that only the Lender's Promissory Note <br />dated Tuty Qac QoPOin the principal amount of $266,200.00 would hold a lien priority ahead of <br />the Government indebtedness and that all of the Lender's other existing loans to the Borrower <br />and future loans made to the Borrower which would be secured by the cross -collateralization <br />and/or future advance clauses in the Lender's Deed of Trusts are hereby subordinated in favor of <br />the Government's lien and would hold a junior lien position to the Government indebtedness on <br />the real estate described above. <br />The total principal amount secured by the Lender's Deed of Trust, holding a lien priority <br />ahead of the Government Promissory Note in the amount of $266,200.00, at any one time shall <br />not exceed the Lender's Promissory Note dated ZijYy a rPapin the principal amount of <br />$266,200.00.
