<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall a
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document #93- 100253, on the 12th day of January 1993, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(NW1 /4SE1/4) OF SECTION TWENTY -FOUR (24), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11), NORTH, RANGE
<br />TEN (10), WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />COMMENCING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF THE UNION PACIFIC
<br />RAILROAD COMPANY 484.3 FEET NORTHEASTERLY FROM ITS POINT OF INTERSECTION
<br />WITH THE NORTH -SOUTH CENTER LINE OF SAID SECTION; RUNNING THENCE IN A
<br />NORTHWESTERLY DIRECTION PERPENDICULAR TO SAID NORTH LINE OF THE UNION
<br />PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY FOR A DISTANCE OF 200 FEET; RUNNING
<br />THENCE IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID
<br />RIGHT OF WAY FOR A DISTANCE OF 50 FEET; RUNNING THENCE IN A SOUTHEASTERLY
<br />DIRECTION PERPENDICULAR TO SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE FOR A DISTANCE OF
<br />200 FEET TO A POINT ON SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE; RUNNING THENCE ALONG
<br />AND UPON SAID NORTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE IN A NORTHEASTERLY DIRECTION FOR A
<br />DISTANCE OF 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
