<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings and loan association, as the trustee under the following referenced Deed of Trust, in the
<br />place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and requests such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1009, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the
<br />Acknowledgment and Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by WOR, LLC, as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island was originally named as the Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney, was originally
<br />named as Trustee, dated February 17, 2016 and recorded March 24, 2016 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as document No. 201601722.
<br />2. Direction for Reconveyance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey, without warranty,
<br />all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

<br />WHEREAS, the Successor Trustee has received written request from such Beneficiary to re -convey the trust property;

<br />capacity as Successor Trustee, herein called the Grantor, under the Deed of Trust, made and executed by WOR, LLC, dated
<br />February 17, 2016, and recorded March 24, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document
<br />No. 201601722, at the direction of the Beneficiary, does hereby release and re -confine unto the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8) and Nine (9), Westgate Nineth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
