20h 005076 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 567 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR <br />THE FILING OF THIS ORDINANCE IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS IN <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, TO REPEAL ANY ORDINANCE OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES <br />IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE AND TO PROVIDE FOR PUBLICATION AND THE <br />EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. <br />Be it ordained by the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Wood River, Nebraska: <br />Section One <br />That the entire existing utility easements which are between Lots 17 and 18 and Lots 19 <br />and 20 of Thelen Subdivision First Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and Lots 2, 3, 9 and 10 of Thelen Fifth Subdivision to the City of Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska to be vacated. The easements vacated are more particularly described as: <br />The utility easement between Lots 17 and 18 along the lot line being the west 5' of Lot <br />17 and east 5' of Lot 18 in Thelen Subdivision First Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />The utility easement between Lot 19 and Lot 20 along the lot line being the east 5' of Lot <br />19 and the west 5' of Lot 20 in Thelen Subdivision First Addition to the City of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />The utility easement between Lots 2 and 3 and Lots 9 and 10 along the lot line being the <br />west 5' of Lot 2 and the east 5' of Lot 3 and east 5' of Lot 9 and the west 5' of Lot 10 of Thelen <br />Fifth Subdivision to the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Section Two <br />The title to the property vacated in Section One of this Ordinance shall revert to the <br />owner or owners of the real estate upon which the easement is located. Vacating the above <br />described easements is deemed advantageous and in the City's best interest. <br />Section Three <br />This Ordinance shall be filed and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Section Four <br />This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and <br />publication within 15 days in one issue of The Clipper as provided by law. <br />Page 7 <br />
