Jason Lavaley and Laura J. <br />Lavaley, husband and wife, of Village of Doniphan, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, herein <br />referred to as Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($200,000.00), received from Kyler Meredith and Emily G.
