202005003 <br />NOW THEREAFTER, The Lender made the Borrower a $178,500.00 loan on I- <br />The Lender's loan is secured by the Deed of Trust and real estate described above. The <br />Government loan will also be secured by the real estate described above. To induce the <br />Government to make this loan the Lender agrees that only the Lender's Promissory Note dated <br />the principal amount of $178,500.00 would hold a lien priority ahead of the <br />Government indebtedness and that all of the Lender's other existing loans to the Borrower and <br />future loans made to the Borrower which would be secured by the cross -collateralization and/or <br />future advance clauses in the Lender's Deed of Trusts are hereby subordinated in favor of the <br />Government's lien and would hold a junior lien position to the Government indebtedness on the <br />real estate described above. <br />The total principal amount secured by the Lender's Deed of Trust, holding a lien priority <br />ahead of the Government Promissory Note in the amount of $178,500.00, at any one time shall <br />not exceed the Lender's Promissory Note dated` -1 S- in the principal amount of <br />$178,500.00.
