13V211SSV '1'J <br />rn <br />rn <br />n z <br />z <br />�_ <br />• <br />CZD <br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the undersigned, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as agent for the Secured Creditors as such term is <br />defined in the Deed of Trust hereinafter as defined (in such capacity, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Beneficiary"), in its capacity as beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, <br />Fixture Filing and Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by AURORA COOPERATIVE <br />ELEVATOR COMPANY, a cooperative association formed under the laws of Nebraska, as trustor to <br />Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated June 30, <br />2011 and recorded July 27, 2011 as Instrument 0201105508 in Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />amended by that certain Amendment of Deed of Trust, Security Agreement, Fixture Filing and <br />Assignment of Leases and Rents dated March 25, 2014 and recorded March 27, 2014 as <br />Instrument 201401693 in Hall County, Nebraska (collectively, the "Deed of Trust"), HEREBY <br />APPOINTS AND SUBSTITUTES THE UNDERSIGNED as the new and substituted trustee thereunder in <br />accordance with the terms and provisions contained therein, and as such duly appointed and <br />substituted trustee thereunder, the undersigned has requested that this Substitution of Trustee and <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
