Pueppke, as "Trustee" and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a <br />New York corporation, is the "Beneficiary" under a Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing <br />and Assignment of Leases and Rents ("Trust Deed") from Aurora Cooperative Elevator Company, a <br />Nebraska corporation ("Trustor"), dated June 30, 2011 and recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />Offices, July 1, 2011 as Instrument No. 201104912, Amendment Recorded as Document No. 201304390, <br />Amendment Recorded as Document No. 201404156, Amendment Recorded as Document No. <br />201405469, and Amendment Recorded as Document No. 202001215. <br />Whereas, Trustor has requested Beneficiary to release the portion of the real estate legally described on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto from the lien of the Trust Deed. <br />Now, Therefore, for valuable consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee reconveys to the person(s) entitled thereto, without warranty, all the right, title, interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Deed in the real estate legally described on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is not intended to reconvey any other real estate or other property from <br />the Trust Deed or otherwise modify the Trust Deed in any manner other than that as expressly stated herein. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is limited to the real property specifically described in Exhibit "A". <br />The Trust Deed described above shall remain in full force and effect as to the remainder of the real property <br />described therein and conveyed thereby, and it shall in no way be altered, changed or affected by this Partial <br />Deed of Reconveyance. <br />Loan No. 194829, 196148, 197057, 197160 — Aurora <br />Hall County, Nebraska 1 <br />
