Hadenfeldt <br />and Jennifer L. Hadenfeldt, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as <br />tenants in common, conveys to Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: <br />A tract One Hundred Forty (140) Feet by One Hundred Forty Eight (148) Feet in size, in the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4NW1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows to -wit: Commencing at <br />the intersection of the South line of Syria Street with the East line of High Street of the First Addition to <br />Cairo according to the recorded plat thereof. Said point of intersection being Sixty (60) Feet south of the <br />Southwest corner of Lot Seven (7) in Block Three (3) of the said First Addition to Cairo; thence running <br />south in a continuation of the East line of High Street, One Hundred Forty Eight (148) Feet; thence running <br />east One Hundred Forty (140) Feet to the West line of the Alley of Block One (1) of the Fifth Addition to <br />Cairo; thence north along the West line of the Alley of said Block One (1), One Hundred Forty Eight (148) <br />Feet; thence running west along the south line of Syria Street One Hundred Forty (140) Feet to the place of <br />beginning. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the <br />survivor of them forever. <br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the heirs and <br />assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance except covenants, easements and restrictions of record; all regular taxes and special <br />assessments, except those levied or assessed subsequent to date hereof; that grantor has good right and <br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees, the entire <br />fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving grantee. <br />Dated this <br />j IC, VY2-0 <br />ENTERED AS INSTRUMENT NO <br />
