<br />Lynn R. Cronk, President of the Board of Education of Hall County School District No.
<br />002, a /k/a The School District of the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, in the
<br />State of Nebraska, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that she knows
<br />to her own personal knowledge:
<br />That Hall County School District No. 002, a /k/a The School District of the City of Grand
<br />Island, in the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska is the owner of record and present
<br />title holder in fee simple of the real estate legally described as:
<br />See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
<br />That Hall County School District No. 002, a /k/a The School District of the City of Grand
<br />Island, in the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska is in either actual or constructive
<br />possession of said real estate and the whole thereof, and that the immediate and
<br />remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken record chain of title to such real
<br />estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more than eighteen (18) years last past,
<br />and that during that time title to said premises has never been disputed.
<br />That she made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable
<br />Title Act ", being Section 76 -288 to Section 76 -298 inclusive, of the revised Statutes of
<br />Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986.
