<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated September
<br />10, 2019, executed by Schroeder Corn & Cattle Company, whose address is 6231 S Wiseman Rd, Shelton, NE 68876-
<br />9787; A Nebraska Corporation; as Trustor(s), in which Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded January 27, 2020 as Instrument Number 202000619
<br />of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 10 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being partially
<br />released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President and has caused its corporate seal
<br />to be hereunto affixed on June 22, 2020.
