<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by J & B Rentals, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary,
<br />dated June 7, 2005 and December 15, 2005 and recorded June 7, 2005 and December 16, 2005
<br />respectively in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200505135 and 0200512295 respectively has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee
<br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
