<br />Eric M. Pollock, a/k/a Eric Pollock, and Kenda D. Pollock, a/k/a Kenda Pollock, husband and
<br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of transfer of property into
<br />Grantors' revocable trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Eric
<br />M. Pollock and Kenda D. Pollock, Trustees of The Pollock Family Trust, herein called the
<br />grantee whether one or more, all of their interest in the following described real property in Hall

<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said West
<br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'/2NE'/); thence running easterly on the north
<br />line of said West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W'/2NE'A), on an Assumed
<br />Bearing of S89°28'45"E, a distance of One thousand Three Hundred Sixteen and
<br />Seventeen Hundredths (1316.17) feet, to the northeast corner of said West Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (WANE'/); thence funning S00°03'50"E, on the east line of
<br />said West Half of the Northeast Quarter (WANE'/), a distance of One Thousand

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract 300' X 333' located in the Southeast
<br />Corner thereof, and with said 333' extending west from the Southeast Corner of
<br />said premises, deeded to Northwestern Bell Telephone Company as recorded in
<br />Deed Book 150, Page 253 and excepting a tract of land described in Warranty
<br />Deed to the City of Grand Island recorded as Instrument No. 202000715.
