<br />wife, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of transfer of property into
<br />Grantors' revocable trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Eric
<br />M. Pollock and Kenda D. Pollock, Trustees of The Pollock Family Trust, herein called the

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a tract 300' X 333' located in the Southeast
<br />Corner thereof, and with said 333' extending west from the Southeast Corner of
<br />said premises, deeded to Northwestern Bell Telephone Company as recorded in
<br />Deed Book 150, Page 253 and excepting a tract of land described in Warranty
