<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND REQUEST FOR RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary desires to substitute HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings and loan association, as the trustee under the following referenced Deed of Trust, in the
<br />place or stead of Trustee originally named therein and requests such successor trustee make a reconveyance in respect to such
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />NOW, THERFORE:
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1009, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the
<br />Acknowledgment and Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by Jill A. O'Neill, fka Jill Ann Williams, and Thomas W.
<br />O'Neill, wife and husband, as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island was originally
<br />named as the Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney, was originally named as Trustee, dated September 5, 2019 and recorded
<br />September 5, 2019 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document No. 201905436.
<br />2. Direction for Reconvevance. Beneficiary further instructs said Successor Trustee to reconvey, without warranty,
<br />all the estate now held under this Deed of Trust to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.

<br />WHEREAS, the Successor Trustee has received written request from such Beneficiary to re -convey the trust property;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a federal savings and loan association, in its
<br />capacity as Successor Trustee, herein called the Grantor, under the Deed of Trust, made and executed by Jill A. O'Neill, fka Jill
<br />Ann Williams, and Thomas W. O'Neill, wife and husband, dated September 5, 2019, and recorded September 5, 2019, in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as document No. 201905436, at the direction of the Beneficiary, does
<br />hereby release and re -confirm unto the person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), Buhrman Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />to have and to hold the above-described premises, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
