202004171 <br />4. Use Restrictions. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 5, Section 5.2(b) of <br />the Declaration, an express car wash of any type or description, except for a self-service car wash <br />with single/separate wash bays, shall be a permitted use with respect to Lot 2 (being a part of the <br />replat of Lot 11, Meadowlark West Third Subdivision), and such use shall not be included in the <br />Special Use Restrictions as they relate to Lot 2. <br />5. Counterparts. This Sixth Amendment may be executed in two (2) or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall <br />constitute one and the same agreement. <br />6. Ratification.
