Lobeda and Ashley D. Lobeda f/k/a <br />Ashley D. Gregg, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Matthew D. Fritsche and Colleen E.
