The Owner owns the following describer real estate (the "Real Estate"): <br />Lot Four (4) Ryder Park Subdivision, addition to City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />Also known as 2517 W Lincoln Highway, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />b. Legacy owns a billboard structure (the "Structure") which is located on a portion of <br />the Real Estate. <br />c. The Owner has agreed to grant Legacy an easement on the west side of Sellers "Real <br />Estate" in order to maintain the Structure on such portion of the Real Estate as more <br />fully described herein, in accordance with that certain Easement Purchase Agreement <br />dated May i E3 , 2020 (the "Easement Purchase Agreement"), between Owner and <br />Legacy, the terms and conditions of which are the essential consideration for this <br />Easement. <br />Easement: <br />1. In consideration of $10 and other good and valuable consideration, specifically including <br />the consideration set forth in the Easement Purchase Agreement, a copy of which both <br />parties acknowledge receipt, the Owner grants to Legacy, its lessees, successors and <br />assigns, a permanent and exclusive easement (the "Easement") for the purpose of <br />erecting, improving, changing, maintaining and/or removing the Structure. The Structure <br />is mounted on a single pole.
