The Parties to this agreement are the Successors in the interest to the real estate <br />owned by the decedent, each of which are competent adults, residents of Hall County, Nebraska and <br />identified in relationship to the Decedent as follows: <br />Mary Frances Wagoner, Daughter <br />Thomas A. Wagoner, Son <br />Judith A. Wagoner, Daughter <br />Dennis J. Wagoner, Son <br />Daniel J. Wagoner, Son <br />INTENT. It is the intent of each of the Successors to acknowledge, accept and consent to the <br />distribution of the Decedent's real estate as set forth hereafter. <br />AGREEMENT. Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §30-24,110, the Successors of the captioned estate, <br />agree to be bound by and ratify the prior distributions and the proposed distributions of their respective <br />interests in the decedent's real estate as follows: <br />1. Mary Frances Wagoner has received: <br />25% interest in N1/2 S 1/2NE1/4 & N1/2 NEI/4 13/10/12 Hall County NE., <br />25% interest in Wood River TWP NW 1/4 NE 1/4 & Pt Lot I Island 7-9-11, Hall County, <br />NE. <br />18.75% interest in S1/2 NE 1/4 16/10/12 Hall County NE <br />2. Thomas A. Wagoner shall receive: <br />50% interest in NW 1/4 NE 1/4 19/10/11 Hall County, NE, <br />25% interest in Wood River TWP NW 1/4 NEIA & Pt Lot 1 Island 7-9-11, Hall County, <br />NE. <br />25% interest SEI/4 29 & El/2 & E1/2 NW1/4 32/1/33 Hitchcock, County NE <br />3. Judith A. Wagoner has received: <br />18.75 % Interest in S1/2 NE 1/4 16/10/12 Hall County Nebraska <br />
