200108723 NON - BORROWER SPOUSE RIDER TO SECURITY INSTRUMENT THIS RIDER is made this 28TH day of August , 2001 , and is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Tnist or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the "Grantors ") to secure the Note (the "Note ") made by one of the Grantors to Saxon Mortgage, Inc (the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security Instrument (the "Property ") located at: 1512 North Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 [Property Address] The Grantors understand that the Note may be transferred by Lender and by Lender's successors and assigns. The beneficial owner of the Note from time to time is included within the term "Lender." This Security Instrument is executed by (the "Non- Borrower Spouse ") solely in order to mortgage and convey, in the manner and for the purposes set forth in the Security Instrument, his or her right, title and interest in the Property, including all rights, if any, in the nature of homestead, spousal, and/or community property rights, with the intent and effect that the Property and all said rights, if any, shall be subject to the lien of this Security Instrument, and to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Notwithstanding any other or contrary provision of this Security Instrument, or of any Rider attached hereto, execution by the Non - Borrower Spouse of this Security Instrument, and of any Rider attached hereto, shall not create any personal liability or obligation on the part of him or her for the payment of the Note referenced in this Security Instrument or any other monetary obligation referenced in or arising under this Security Instrument.
