200108723 <br />NON - BORROWER SPOUSE RIDER <br />TO SECURITY INSTRUMENT <br />THIS RIDER is made this 28TH day of August , 2001 , and <br />is incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of <br />Tnist or Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned <br />(the "Grantors ") to secure the Note (the "Note ") made by one of the Grantors to <br />Saxon Mortgage, Inc <br />(the "Lender ") of the same date and covering the property described in the Security <br />Instrument (the "Property ") located at: <br />1512 North Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br />[Property Address] <br />The Grantors understand that the Note may be transferred by Lender and by Lender's <br />successors and assigns. The beneficial owner of the Note from time to time is included within <br />the term "Lender." <br />This Security Instrument is executed by <br />(the "Non- Borrower Spouse ") solely in order to mortgage and convey, in the manner and for <br />the purposes set forth in the Security Instrument, his or her right, title and interest in the <br />Property, including all rights, if any, in the nature of homestead, spousal, and/or community <br />property rights, with the intent and effect that the Property and all said rights, if any, shall be <br />subject to the lien of this Security Instrument, and to all of the terms and conditions set forth <br />herein. Notwithstanding any other or contrary provision of this Security Instrument, or of any <br />Rider attached hereto, execution by the Non - Borrower Spouse of this Security Instrument, <br />and of any Rider attached hereto, shall not create any personal liability or obligation on the <br />part of him or her for the payment of the Note referenced in this Security Instrument or any <br />other monetary obligation referenced in or arising under this Security Instrument. <br />BY SIGNING BELOW, the Grantors acknowledge agreement to the provisions set <br />forth in this Rider.
