Dowd & Mary Ann Dowd, husband and wife, 1-� <br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in cy <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #91- 100350 on the <br />23rd day of January, 1991, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned <br />as follows: <br />Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7) in Block Twenty One (2 1) in the town of Alda, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 24th day of October, 2000. <br />QOIN TS 91 <br />0 .a • <br />fn <br />190 <br />�StAND, N�0 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By: �dward M.
