<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the __:i)
<br />Deed of Trust dated June 8, 1999, executed by Dick L. Dowd, a single person, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #99- 105922 on the 11th day of June,
<br />1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lots Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), Block Twenty -One (21), original town subdivision, city of
<br />Aida, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 24th day of October, 2000.

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the __:i)
