<br />Corporation, the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred and no /100 Dollars, to it in hand paid by
<br />HomeSide Lending, Inc., the party of the second part, receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by these
<br />presents does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a
<br />certain Trust Deed wherein the said Pinnacle Bank; Central City is
<br />Beneficiary, Philip J. Thede and Christina L. Thede Husband and Wife are
<br />Trustors, and Pinnacle Bank; 320 G Street; Central City NE 68826 is Trustee,
<br />which Trust Deed was dated the 1st day of August 2001, and recorded the
<br />d day of August 2001, in Book. Page s �nentof the MORTGAGE
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska and all its right, title and interest to the
<br />property therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1) , Block B, Boehm's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or
<br />to become due thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the
<br />provisions of said Trust Deed therein contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Pinnacle Bank; - Central ity, a Corporation, has
<br />caused This Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Branch President,
