<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by DA -LY PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability, to BRANDON S.
<br />CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of COAD JAY MILLER and MARTINA
<br />PETRA DOETSCH, a husband and wife, the Beneficiary named therein, dated February 1, 2016,
<br />and recorded February 1, 2016, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument Number 201600671, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11), in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, comprising all of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Six (6), a
<br />replat of Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), Island Acres, City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, except that part described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Southeast corner of Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11); thence
<br />Westerly Thirty -Two (32) Feet along and upon the South line of Lot One (1),
<br />Island Acres Number Eleven (11); thence Northerly parallel to the East line of Lot
<br />One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Fifty -Two
<br />and Three Hundredths (152.03) Feet; thence Easterly parallel to the South line of
<br />Lot One (1), Island Acres Number Eleven (11) a distance of Thirty -Two (32)
<br />Feet; thence Southerly along and upon the East line of Lot One (1) Island Acres
<br />Number Eleven (11), a distance of One Hundred Fifty -Two and Three Hundredths
<br />(152.03), to the point of beginning.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
