<br />WHEREAS, said maker obtained a buyer, as set forth below, far purchase of said property; and
<br />WHEREAS, kris Trustee is authorized to sell said property to Dale G. Clark and Joan J. Clark, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Buyer , for the amount of ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTY-SIX THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS,

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, 1, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
<br />Bankruptcy Act and by virtue of said Notice and pursuant to said application and for other valuable corhsideratian, do hereby grata, bargain,
<br />sell and convey to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and interest as such Trustee, subject to all
<br />encumbrances of record, the above dewtted property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, hens and assigns forever, as fully and completely as I,
<br />the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Baniavptcy Act might or should sell and
