<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated August 22, 2019,
<br />executed by Branden B Leffler and Lynne M Leffler, Husband and Wife Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE
<br />BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded August 27, 2019, Instrument #201905183,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land consisting of part of the Southeast Quarter ( SE 1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE' /4, said point being the point of beginning; Thence on an assumed bearing
<br />of N89°22'04"W upon and along the South Line of said SE 1/4 a distance of 33.00 feet to the West right of way ( R.O.W.)
<br />line of Bluff Center Road; Thence continuing N89°22'04"W upon and along said South line a distance of 357.75 feet:
<br />Thence NO2°30'57"W a distance of 413.18 feet: Thence NO2°27"41"E a distance of 697.07 feet: Thence N90°00'00"E
<br />a distance of 345.75 feet to said West R.O.W. line; Thence continuing N90°00'00"E a distance of 33.00 feet to the East
<br />line of said SE' /4: Thence S00°00'00"E upon and along said East line a distance of 1113.52 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Said tract contains a calculated area of 439.992.15 square feet or 10.101 acres more or less of which 0.843 acres is road
<br />R.O.W.
