<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated October 13, 2004,
<br />executed by Heritage Disposal and Storage, L.L.C.; Trustor(s), in which FIRST STATE BANK, Shelton, Nebraska,
<br />(now Cornerstone Bank, Successor in interest to First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska) is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded October 15, 2004, in Instrument No. 0200410113, of Mortgage Records, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all
<br />the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land compromising a part of the Northwest Quarter (N W 1/4) and a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1 /4)
<br />of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1/4), said point being Two Thousand Sixteen and Forty Two Hundredths (2,016.42) feet east of the
<br />Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/4); thence running easterly, along and upon the north line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), a distance of Six Hundred Thirty Four and Nine Hundredths (634.09) feet to the
<br />northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4); thence deflecting left 00° 00'50" and running easterly, along and
<br />upon the north line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4), a distance of Two Thousand Four Hundred Twelve and Forty
<br />Six Hundredths (2,412.46) feet; thence deflecting right 89° 32'10" and running southerly, a distance of One Thousand
<br />Nine Hundred Fifty Two and Eighty Five Hundredths (1,952.85) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 03' 00" and running
<br />westerly, a distance of Three Thousand Fifty Two and Fifteen Hundredth (3,052.15) feet; thence deflecting right 90°
<br />06'35" and running northerly, a distance of One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five and Seven Hundredths
<br />(1,975.07) feet to the point of beginning
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on
