<br />THIS AMENDMENT is made this S day of June, 2020, by the undersigned, being the
<br />current owners of all units contained in the condominium identified as MAINSTREET STATION
<br />BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS, (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") for themselves and for their
<br />successors, grantees, and assigns.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, a Declaration of MAINSTREET STATION BUSINESS CONDOMINIUMS
<br />(hereinafter referred to as "the Declaration") was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on May 12, 2020, as Instrument No. 2020003005, which Declaration was
<br />recorded against the following described real estate, to -wit:
