<br />That Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LINDA
<br />K. ALEXANDER, A SINGLE PERSON as trustor, to FIVE POINTS BANK as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK, as Beneficiary dated May 11, 1992 and recorded in
<br />the Office of the Registry of Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 92- 104134, has been paid; and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />LOT THREE (3), PARK GARDENS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all appurtenances, buildings, improvements, fixtures and privileges
