Niedfelt and Grantee dated April 30, 2020, convey to GRANTEE, BARRY W. <br />NIEDFELT, the following -described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E'/2SW'/4) of Section Twenty -Five (25), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book <br />71, Page 234, with the Hall County Register of Deeds and further excepting a tract of <br />land more particularly described in the Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. <br />81-000699 with the Hall County Register of Deeds, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />GRANTORS: <br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of <br />all persons. <br />Executed May 2.7 , 2020. <br />John C.
