BINDING EFFECT: The covenants contained in this Agreement shall run with the <br />land and shall bind the Declarants and all persons claiming under the Declarants. <br />9. ENFORCEMENT: Enforcement of the covenants contained in this Declaration <br />may be by proceedings at law or in equity against any person violating or attempting to violate <br />any covenant. <br />10. AMENDMENTS: The Agreement may only be amended or terminated, in writing, <br />by all of the Property Owners. <br />11.
