<br />Evelyn Diekman Starkey and Clifford Starkey, wife and
<br />husband, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, GRANTORS,
<br />in consideration of FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($40,000.00) received
<br />from GRANTEES, Donald E. "Gene" Graves and Barbara Graves,
<br />husband and wife, convey to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as
<br />tenants in common, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Section 76 -201, Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943)
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Section Twenty- Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. being also a
<br />portion of Government Lot One (1) of the Mainland
<br />described as follows:
