202003279 <br />Lot Eight (8), Block One (1), In Morris Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Primary Beneficiary <br />I designate the following beneficiary of this revocable transfer on death deed if the beneficiary <br />survives me. <br />Name of Primary Beneficiary <br />Roger L. Moroney <br />Alternate Beneficiary <br />I designate no alternate beneficiary at this time. <br />Mailing Address of Primary Beneficiary <br />255 Old Barn Lane <br />Holly Lake Ranch, TX 75065 <br />Transfer on Death <br />At my death, I transfer my interest in the described property to the beneficiaries as designated <br />above. The transfer occurs at the death of the Transferor, Thomas E. Moroney. <br />Survivorship Required <br />Under Nebraska law, the interest of a designated beneficiary is contingent on the designated <br />beneficiary surviving the transferor by one hundred twenty hours. <br />This TOD Deed is Revocable <br />Before my death, I have the right to revoke this deed. <br />Consent and Joinder of Spouse of Transferor <br />I, Beth E. Moroney, Spouse of the Transferor, join in the execution of this transfer on death deed, <br />and I hereby transfer my interest in the described property to the beneficiaries as designated <br />above at the death of the Transferor, Thomas E.
