<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, CAITLIN F
<br />JENSEN F/K/A CAITLIN F KELLER AND ERIC S JENSEN, wife and husband, Trustor,
<br />and Central National Bank as Trustee and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
<br />"MERS" as nominee for Lender and Lender's successors and assigns as Beneficiary, dated July
<br />20, 2015, and recorded on July 24, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
