Peggy L. Young and Donald R. Young, wife and husband, herein called the grantor whether one
<br />or more, in consideration of transfer of property into Grantors' revocable trust, do hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Donald R. Young and Peggy L. Young,
<br />Trustees of The Donald and Peggy Young Family Revocable Trust, herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEI/4SEI/4) of Section
<br />Eight (8), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South
<br />line of said Section 34 rods West of its Southeast corner running thence West on
<br />said South line 7 rods and 9 1/2 feet; thence North 12 rods, thence East 7 rods and
<br />9 1/2 feet and thence South 12 rods to the place of beginning excepting the North
<br />60 feet of said tract, and also subject to County road covering the South 2 rods of
<br />the above described tract; and also Lot Two Hundred Seventy -Nine (279) in West
<br />lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting
<br />the North 60 feet of said lot, said Lot 279 lying East of and adjoining the above
<br />described tract; all of said premises being within the corporate limits of the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska

<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and
