<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, BANK OF HARTINGTON, of 229 N. BROADWAY, City of
<br />HARTINGTON, County of CEDAR, State of NEBRASKA, as trustee on the trust deed
<br />dated January 29, 2020, executed by Newton Family Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, in which BANK OF HARTINGTON is named beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, filed for record on February 3, 2020, and recorded in Instrument #
<br />202000795, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the BANK OF HARTINGTON the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that
<br />such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as
<br />trustee, for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Newton Family Enterprises, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />Limited Liability Company the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
