<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />June 8, 2012, executed by Kristen Klein and Michelle Klein; Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s), in which
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and
<br />recorded July 16, 2012 in Instrument No. 201205773 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2NE1/4NW1/4) and the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4) in Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as E1/2 NE 1 /4 N W 1 /4 & NEI/4 4-11-12 and
<br />SWI/4 27-12-12 Hall County, NE
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President of Cornerstone Bank and
