202002858 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT <br />) <br />) SS: <br />) <br />The undersigned, being first duly sworn states: <br />1. That on March 13, 2020, an AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR PROTECTIVE <br />COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "AMICK ACRES <br />SUBVDISION (sic)" AND THE AMICK ACRES SECOND SUBDIVISION" <br />LOCATED IN HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA was recorded as Instrument No. <br />202001655 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, legally <br />described in the cover page attached to this affidavit. <br />2. That the title of the document contains a typographical spelling error, specifically the <br />word subdivision is spelled "subvdision". <br />3. That paragraph 2 of the document contains a typographical error referencing the book <br />number of a previously recorded document, specifically that an Agreement for Protective <br />Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for the Amick Acres 2nd Subdivision was <br />recorded in Book "214". <br />4. That the title of the document should read AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROTECTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND CONDITIONS FOR THE <br />"AMICK ACRES SUBDIVISION" AND THE AMICK ACRES SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION" LOCATED IN HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA. <br />5. That an Agreement for Protective Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions for the "Amick <br />Acres 2nd Subdivision", located in Hall County, Nebraska was signed and executed by <br />Carl R. Amick and Renee J. Amick, then owners of all lots in the "Amick Acres Second <br />Subdivision," on November 6, 1972, and recorded with the Hall County Register of <br />Deeds office of Hall County, on January 11, 1973, in Book 24 of Miscellaneous, page <br />122, by Rose Ann Jacobsen, then Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this.i day of <br />MayAssociation, nc.. <br />, 2020, by Gary L Soden, Secretary — Amick Acres Homeowners <br />GENERAR NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />RITA M.
