<br />from grantee, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Amick Acres
<br />Homeowners Association, Inc., a Nebraska nonprofit corporation, herein called the grantee
<br />whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Twenty-four (24), Amick Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Grantor Renee J. Amick hereby reserves a right of access and use, subject to the rules and
<br />regulations of Amick Acres Homeowners Association, Inc., for Lot Ten (10), Amick Acres
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, Lot Thirty-seven (37), Amick Acres Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Twenty-four (24), Amick Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska for herself and her successors and assigns of the property legally described in the
<br />attached Exhibit "A". This right of access and use shall be perpetual and shall run with the land.
<br />Grantor John W. Amick hereby reserves a right of access and use, subject to the rules and

<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, Lot Thirty-seven (37), Amick Acres Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and Lot Twenty-four (24), Amick Acres Second Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska for himself and his successors and assigns of the property legally described in the
<br />attached Exhibit "B". This right of access and use shall be perpetual and shall run with the land.
