CU <br />Renee J. Amick, a single person ("Renee") and John W. Amick, a single person ("John") <br />(collectively "Affiants"), being first duly sworn on oath, depose and state as follows: <br />1. This Affidavit is made for the purpose of recording evidence of possession <br />pursuant to the Nebraska Marketable Title Act. <br />2. Affiants are in active possession of the real estate legally described as Outlots C1, <br />and C2, Amick Acres West Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property"). <br />3. Affiant Renee is the wife of Carl R. Amick, and sole beneficiary of his estate as <br />determined in Hall County Court, Case Number PR 08-37.n 1 �� <br />4. Affiant John is the grandson of Lam. Amick, and sole beneficiary of her estate <br />as determined in Hall County Court, Case Number PR 09-208 <br />5.
