<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JUNE 16. 1994 and recorded JUNE 23. 1994 in the Office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Document # 94- 105397 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />ALSO RELEASING DEED OF TRUST MODIFICATION AGREEMENT RECORDED MARCH
<br />12, 1998 AS DOC # 98- 102195; AND ALSO DOC # 98- 102196;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE SOUTH SEVENTY SEVEN FEET (S 77') OF LOT EIGHT (8)
<br />BLOCK SIXTEEN (16) ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
