State of Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTCHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF <br />The District shall have the right to ingress and egress across and along the grantors property for any purpose in <br />connection with its survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, relocation, <br />and reconstruction of said overhead electric facilities and related equipment. <br />The District shall have the right at any time to trim or remove such trees and underbrush as may in any way <br />endanger or interfere with the safe construction, operation, maintenance, alteration, or reconstruction of its overhead <br />electric facilities and equipment used in connection therewith. <br />In granting this easement it is understood that at pole locations, only a single pole will be used, and that the location <br />of the poles will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not <br />materially increase the cost of construction. <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor placed on the <br />lands of the undersigned. Payment will be made after construction plans are final and number of poles and/or <br />anchors can be determined.
