The Subdivider agrees to construct sidewalks along Diers Avenue <br />as required by the Grand Island City Code when Lots 1 and 2 are built upon, and upon <br />completion of the storm detention cell on Lot 3. Sidewalks shall be constructed by the <br />Subdivider along Thirteenth Street within one year after the street improvement is <br />completed which includes curb and gutter, all in accordance with plans as approved by the <br />City's Director of FuMc: Works. <br />7h a Subdividers agree to landscape along the easterly thirty feet <br />of Lots 2 and 3 within two years of issuance of an occupaac y permit for the principal <br />structure on Lot 2, and upon completion of the storm detentes cell on Lot 3. <br />7.
