WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar C
<br />Association as TRUSTEE, ender the need of Trust dated October 1,
<br />1992, executed by JACK L. GOSDA and ANN C. GOSDA, Husband and Wife,
<br />as TRUSTOR, in which ELMER W. METTENBRINK and NORMA J. METTENBRINK,
<br />Husband and Wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br />are named as BENEFICIARY, and the undersigned as TRUSTEE, which
<br />Deed was recorded on October 1, 1992, as Document No. 92- 108540, in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from ELMER W.
<br />METTENBRINK and NORMA J. METTENBRINK, written request to reconvey
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:

<br />Addition to West Lawn, An Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as TRUSTEE, does
