Sanitla Sewer. Sanitary sewer service is not available in the subdivision; <br />therefore, the City authorizes the consMetion of an individual septic tank in accordance <br />with existing regulations of die Department of Health. The SubdMideas ff nthefMore waive <br />their right to protest the creation of any sewer district to serve such subdivision, and agree <br />to connect the individal structures requiring services located in said subdivision to such <br />sanitary sewer main within two construction seasons after completion of the construction of <br />the. sanitary sewer system. <br />4.
