<br />This Agreement is made this 30th day of March, 2020 by and between Union Bank and Trust
<br />Company ("Lender"), and Union Bank and Trust Company ("Refinancer").
<br />Lender is the beneficiary under a Deed of Trust (the "Junior Deed of Trust") executed by Brett A
<br />Klein and Kristen M Klein, husband and wife, Trustor ("Borrower") to Union Bank and Trust Company,
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary to secure the sum of $10,000.00 dated November 26, 2019 and filed in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska on December 3, 2019 as Instrument No. 201907596
<br />encumbering the real property described therein (collectively, the "Property"). Refinancer is the Lender
<br />under a Deed of Trust (the "Senior Deed of Trust") to be executed by Borrower encumbering the property
<br />211 described herein. To induce Refinancer to make a loan to the Borrower secured by the Senior Deed of
<br />Trust, Lender has agreed to execute and deliver this Subordination Agreement.

<br />ACCORDINGLY, in consideration of the premises and for other good and valuable
<br />rrri consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Lender hereby agrees with
<br />✓s Refinancer that the lien of the Junior Deed of Trust on the Property is and shall be and remain fully
<br />VXI subordinate for all purposes to the lien of the Senior Deed of Trust on the Property, to the full extent of all
<br />4.1. sums from time to time secured by the Senior Deed of Trust; provided however, that the total
<br />s) indebtedness secured by the Senior Deed of Trust does not exceed $235,000.00 exclusive to interest
<br />thereon, amounts advanced to protect the lien and priority of the Senior Deed of Trust and costs of
<br />collection.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
<br />Lot 7, Block 1, Woodland Park Twelfth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
