<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
<br />THAT WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust Executed by
<br />Marlin C Suck and Loretta Suck, Husband & Wife, to Adams County Bank, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust
<br />being dated 18'h day of May, 2000, and recorded in the office of the County Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on 23rd day of May, 2000, as Instrument Number
<br />200004198, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconv4ance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest
