Marler (who is also known as Richard Lee Marler) and <br />Janet I. Marler, husband and wife, hereinafter collectively <br />referred to as the GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten Dollars <br />($10.00), love, affection and for other good, valid and valuable <br />consideration received from GRANTEES, (the said) Richard L. <br />Marler and.Janet I.
